How JBB Would Assist You
In an operational capacity, Justice Beyond Borders would bridge the gap between US detention centers and Latin American civil society. We would deploy 'Transnational Advocates' who coordinate directly with detainees via legal mail and families in their home countries to gather evidence of persecution or medical history. Our goal would be to ensure that no migrant is processed in a vacuum, ensuring that international human rights standards are applied to every individual case through transnational cooperation.
